Kamber Owen, Clinic Manager, MA
A native of Colorado, I grew up in the Vail Valley, where my love for healthcare and community service was born. I began my academic journey with an associate's degree in occupational health as a Medical Assistant from the Institute of Medical and Business Careers. Over the years, I have advanced from a medical assistant to a lead medical assistant, eventually taking on the responsibility of running a medical practice. Currently, I am completing my bachelor's degree in health science at Southern New Hampshire University.
My goal is to finish my academic journey by earning a Doctorate as a Nurse Practitioner or becoming a Certified Physician Assistant. Specializing in a medical field that allows me to combine my passion for patient care with a focus on preventative health, aiming to make a meaningful impact in community health and wellness. I am committed to deepening my expertise and expanding my ability to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to my patients. In my healthcare practice, I am dedicated to promoting holistic well-being by providing compassionate care, empowering patients through education, and advocating for healthier lifestyles. My mission is to contribute to a healthier society by supporting each patient’s journey toward optimal health.
Sloan Gray Krause, M.M.S., PA-C
Sloan is originally from Exton, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biobehavioral Health from the Pennsylvania State University before venturing to Phoenix, Arizona, to complete her Master of Medical Science program at Midwestern University and become a PA-C. During her clinical rotations, Sloan spent time in Colorado and fell in love with the state, officially making it her home in 2018.
She began her career in Family Medicine, focusing primarily on the prevention and management of chronic disease. Later, in Urgent Care, she shifted to treating acute illnesses and injuries. While both experiences were valuable, she came to realize that her true passion lies in proactive, holistic care—not just preventing disease, but optimizing health beyond the traditional medical model.
This led her to join Total Vitality Colorado in the spring of 2024, where she now helps patients achieve their best quality of life through hormone optimization, weight management, and peptide therapies. At Total Vitality, Sloan is thrilled to be part of a team that believes in looking beyond just lab results, focusing on each patient as a whole—including their symptoms, how they feel, lifestyle and goals, and their overall well-being.
Outside of work, Sloan and her husband stay busy with their two children. They love traveling to visit family and friends, attending concerts, and exploring all that beautiful Colorado has to offer.
